Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LineDrive Social mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LineDrive Social LLC ("LineDrive Social," "we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

Use of the Service

Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Track and analyze baseball and softball hit data
• Discover and review baseball and softball fields
• Browse equipment specifications in our bat database
• Share content and interact with the community
• Access maps and field amenity information

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Submit spam, promotional content, or advertisements
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

User Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on the Service, including:

• Hit tracking data and statistics
• Field reviews and ratings
• Photos and videos
• Comments and posts

License to LineDrive Social

By posting content on the Service, you grant LineDrive Social a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Content Guidelines

All user content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates these Terms may be removed without notice.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including its design, features, graphics, text, and code, is owned by LineDrive Social and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The LineDrive Social name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of LineDrive Social LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@linedrivesocial.com with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• Location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• Your electronic or physical signature

Field Information and LDS Verification

LineDrive Social provides information about baseball and softball fields, including user-submitted reviews and ratings. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all field information is complete, current, or error-free.

Fields marked with "LDS Verified" have been personally inspected by our team. However, field conditions can change over time, and we recommend verifying critical information before visiting a field.

Hit Tracking and Data Accuracy

Our hit tracking technology uses device sensors and cameras to estimate ball trajectory and distance. While we aim for accuracy, various factors (device quality, lighting conditions, camera angle, user technique) can affect measurements.

Hit tracking data is provided for informational and recreational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any performance metrics and are not liable for decisions made based on this data.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Map providers
• Social media platforms
• Analytics services
• Payment processors

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Payments and Subscriptions

Currently, LineDrive Social is free to use. If we introduce premium features or subscriptions in the future:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Payments will be processed through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play)
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled
• Refunds will be subject to app store policies

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINEDRIVE SOCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LineDrive Social, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content posted on the Service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of other users
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible.

You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at legal@linedrivesocial.com to attempt informal resolution.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification
• In-app notification
• Notice on our website

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LineDrive Social regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
